Your privacy is important to us
This Privacy Policy explains how Audition Tracker (“the App”), published by Raden Films, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App or visit auditiontracker.co.uk.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. If you Sign in with Apple, we receive a stable Apple user identifier and may store a display name, avatar, and profile text you choose to add for Audition Room.
- Audition and app data. Auditions, notes, attachments, measurements, financial entries, calendar sync preferences, and similar content you enter are stored on your device by default.
- Import content. If you use Premium import (paste email, PDF, or share extension), the text or document you choose to import may be sent to our parsing service so we can draft audition fields for you. Do not import content you are not allowed to process.
- Audition Room content. If you use Audition Room (Premium; access may be limited during beta), posts, comments, messages, likes, and profile media you submit are stored on our servers so the community can work.
- Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify entitlement status. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Website / support. If you email us or use a contact form, we receive the content of your message and your email address. Our website may use standard analytics cookies.
2. How we use information
- To provide and improve the App (tracking auditions, imports, Premium features, community features when enabled).
- To authenticate your account and enforce Premium entitlements.
- To moderate community content and keep the service safe when Audition Room is available to you.
- To respond to support requests and operate the website.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the App (for example hosting, object storage, OpenAI for optional email parsing, and RevenueCat for subscriptions), and when required by law.
4. Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account in the App (Premium → Delete account). That removes your server-side account profile and associated Audition Room content. Local audition data on your device can be removed by deleting the App. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.
5. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the App if you are under 13.
