Please read these terms carefully
By downloading or using Audition Tracker (“the App”), published by Raden Films, or by using auditiontracker.co.uk, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. The service
Audition Tracker helps actors organise auditions and related career data. Some features require a Premium subscription, including automatic audition import from email, PDF, or copy/paste. Audition Room is a Premium community feature that may remain invite-only or beta-gated before a wider release.
2. Accounts
You may Sign in with Apple to use account-based features. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account in the App at any time (Premium → Delete account).
3. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Restore purchases is available in the App.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt our servers, or upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content to community features. We may remove content or restrict access that violates these Terms.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only as needed to provide the App (including community posting when you use those features).
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that AI-assisted import will always be complete or accurate. You remain responsible for verifying audition details.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raden Films is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
