Your privacy is important to us
This Privacy Policy explains how Audition Tracker (“the App”), published by Raden Films, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App, Audition Tracker Connect (including the optional Connect for Gmail Chrome extension), or visit auditiontracker.co.uk.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. If you Sign in with Apple, we receive a stable Apple user identifier and may store a display name, avatar, and profile text you choose to add for Audition Room. Agency accounts on Connect use email and password (or other sign-in methods we offer) to authenticate.
- Audition and app data. Auditions, notes, attachments, measurements, financial entries, calendar sync preferences, and similar content you enter are stored on your device by default.
- Import content. If you use Premium import (paste email, PDF, or share extension), the text or document you choose to import may be sent to our parsing service so we can draft audition fields for you. Do not import content you are not allowed to process.
- Connect / agency requests. When an agency uses Connect, casting request content (breakdown text, links, sides files, actor delivery details, and related status) is stored on our servers so the agency and invited actors can use the service.
- Connect for Gmail Chrome extension. The extension only acts when you use it. After you pair it with your agency, it stores your Connect site URL, agency name, and ingest token in Chrome sync storage on your device. When you click Send to Connect (or Send open email), it reads the currently open Gmail message you chose — subject, visible body text/HTML, useful links, and attachment bytes when Gmail exposes them — and sends that content to your paired Connect ingest endpoint to create a draft. It does not read your mailbox in the background or send mail without that action. Unpair or remove the extension to delete the locally stored pairing token.
- Audition Room content. If you use Audition Room (Premium; access may be limited during beta), posts, comments, messages, likes, and profile media you submit are stored on our servers so the community can work.
- Purchases. App subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify entitlement status. We do not receive your full payment card details. Connect agency billing may be processed by Stripe when enabled.
- Website / support. If you email us or use a contact form, we receive the content of your message and your email address. Our website may use standard analytics cookies.
2. How we use information
- To provide and improve the App (tracking auditions, imports, Premium features, community features when enabled).
- To operate Connect for agencies and actors (drafts, requests, invites, notifications, and related workflows).
- To authenticate your account and enforce Premium or Connect entitlements.
- To moderate community content and keep the service safe when Audition Room is available to you.
- To respond to support requests and operate the website.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the App and Connect (for example hosting, object storage, email delivery, OpenAI for optional email parsing, RevenueCat for app subscriptions, and Stripe for Connect billing when used), with the agency or actors you intentionally involve in a Connect request, and when required by law.
4. Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account in the App (Premium → Delete account). That removes your server-side account profile and associated Audition Room content. Local audition data on your device can be removed by deleting the App. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Agencies can manage Connect data from their Connect account; contact us at the address below if you need help deleting Connect account data. For the Gmail extension, unpair or uninstall to remove the pairing token from Chrome storage.
5. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the App if you are under 13.
